We operate a free breakfast club from 8.15am, places need to be booked in advance. For all other children, we operate a soft start from 8.30am. All children should be in class by 8:45am and school ends at 3:15pm for Reception and Key Stage 1 and 3:20pm for Key Stage 2. (32.5 hours Reception and KS1, 32 hours and 55 mins KS2)

Getting to school

Parking - Nursery Hill Primary School is situated on a busy road. You can park close to the school and then walk up to the school gates accompanying your children.

Early Birds and Night Owls -Wrap Around Care

 

Before School - 7.45am to 8:45pm

After School - 3.20pm - 5:30pm

The Before and After School Club is run by our own staff and we offer professional, affordable childcare at £5 per hour. We do lots of activities and all children who attend Nursery Hill Primary School are welcome.

Breaks

All children have a 15 minute break in the morning. This time is spent in the playground and field on fine days and in the classroom if it is wet. The children in the Foundation Years have planned outdoor sessions.

Assemblies

Assemblies are held at different times across the week. Celebration Assemblies happen on a Friday morning.
