Work of the Week

Week 1

Week 1 Emily created a poster about the importance of washing your hands. She used different colours to make it eye-catching and included different types of fonts. Emily included important messages for the reader such as “hot water is best!”

Week 2

Week 2 For Space Day I asked the children to design their own planet. Anthony used the game Minecraft to design his planet and on each side of the cube, are the different parts of his planet.

Week 3

Week 3 Ethan designed a medal for the 75th anniversary of VE Day. He included the dates of the Second World War and different symbols. Ethan then explained what he included on his medal and the meanings behind them.

Week 4

Week 4 Jakub created a vegetable burrito for Vegetarian Week and then wrote a set of instructions on how to make it. He included headings and subheadings, pictures and bullet points. He then used very clear instructions on how to make it.

Week 5

Week 5 Willow has been working hard with her Maths. This week she has been solving problems around temperature. She used a number line to support her with the final problem. Well done Willow.

Week 6

Week 6 Anthony has been chosen because he completes all the work he is set and then completes extra work. He has told me that he is enjoying reading Harry Potter and learning to speak Spanish. Keep up the amazing work Anthony.

Week 7

Week 7 Well done Jakub. You created your dragon using foil. I especially liked how to concentrated on the shape of it's body.

Week 8

Week 8 Ethan has created a fantastic poster about Black Lives Matter and included some very important messages.

Week 9

Week 9 Willow created a superhero to remind people about social distancing. She also created his side-kick 'Bobo'. Well done Willow!

Week 10

Week 10 Anthony completes all the work given and then completes more home learning. Here is just a sample of what he does, including Spanish. Well done Anthony, keep up all the amazing work you are doing.
