Do you have a problem? Talk to a Teacher.

School should be a place where you feel happy and safe. If you often feel sad at school or if you feel worried about coming to school for any reason, then talk to a teacher. Then we can help to make things better.

Please talk to them in person, or click on their face to send them a message. You can talk to any teacher you like. It does not have to be your class teacher.

Bullying

Bullying can happen to anyone. All of us, no matter how brave or how old, can feel hurt by the way people treat us.

You might think that if you tell, it will get worse, or that other people won’t like you. However, we can't help to sort it out if we don't know it's happening.

If you are being bullied, or if you think someone is being bullied, talk to someone.

People You Can Talk to Safely on the Phone

If you need to talk to an grown up, but really don't want to talk to a parent or teacher, then here are some safe grown ups you can talk to on the phone.
