Meet your Computing Lead
Hi, I’m Mr Donagh and I started working at Nursery Hill Primary School in May 2016. I currently teach in Year 3/4 and I am also the Computing Subject Leader and Online Safety Coordinator. This role means that it is my responsibility to oversee the entire Computing curriculum within the school.
I have been teaching for 4 years and Computing has always been a passion of mine to teach. In my previous school I was also the Computing Coordinator and supported them in delivering parts of the curriculum.
Whilst working at Nursery Hill, I have worked alongside Mrs Wright to achieve the schools 360 Mark for Online Safety.
If you have any questions related to ICT or learning in general that you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working alongside the Nursery Hill team and it’s families this year.
At Nursery Hill, Computing is taught throughout each year.

Can evaluate and apply information technology, including new or unfamiliar technologies, analytically to solve problems
Are responsible, competent, confident and creative users of information and communication technology.
Computing involves four different areas. These are:
Data handling and multimedia
Digital literacy and online technologies
There are a number of objectives for each area, which change depending at what stage your child is at:
